1. I got Silena Beauregarde. She is beautiful and she loves to look at herself. She spends most of her time looking in the mirror and putting on make up. She also loves to shop! She is very up- to date on the latest fashions.

ReplyDeleteThanks for posting! Your responses are pretty well thoughtout and indepth. After reading through yours, I wanted to add mine:
I was also Annabeth and, like Sam, this accurately describes me. I am as stubborn as they come and am very determined and hard-headed. When I set a goal for myself, I am going to reach the goal. That's just how it is.
I am also really athletic. Unlike Sam (who seems to have every musical and rhythmic gene you can possibly have) I have almost no other talents besides sports! I am definitely NOT musical.
I don't think there is any other character that epitomizes "me" better than Annabeth, but I am like Clarrise with my competitiveness. I can't play anything without wanting to win and trying my best TO win. Some people say that they like to play because a game is fun, but I think winning is fun! Terrible, I know, but I blame it on my family and upbringing.
Let's see- for my cast of characters-
Annabeth- me
Grover- My brother Mike, who is kind and helpful, goofy and happy-go-lucky, and larger than life (literally! He's 6'4" and 220!). He is definitely the protector of his family, friends, and teammates.
Percy- Probably my brother Josh, who is a quiet leader who usually doesn't have as much confidence in himself as he should. He has had many obstacles put in front of him in his athletic and academic life, but has overcome them and now has very happily found his place with his girlfriend and career choice.
Mr. D- A Mean adult who doesn't like his job and doesn't like children? Hmmm...I don't know how many people like this I know. I think I will go the "Loves Wine" route and say my Step Father-In-Law, George. He is a great guy...the only connection here is that he loves wine. And, yes, you heard me right- "Step-Father-In-Law"....my husband's mom's fiance.
Chiron-- an adult who always believed in me and pushed me to be my best. This could be many people...I grew up in a smaller town than you guys and all of the adults in my life were so supportive. I have to go with my mom because she is too important in my life to leave out of this list altogether! My mom was the Principal of our school, my volleyball coach, drove me to all of my practices and games for my club teams, and was a great mom on top of it. She and my dad encouraged me to make my own decision about college and where to go for it...even knowing that I might not ever come back if I left.
Luke- An older mentor-ish kind of person...my Aunts Lynn and Jackie (my mom's sisters). They are strong, well-educated, and ambitious people who have great families, careers, and lives.
Clarisse- This could be many people, as my family is neither small nor non-competitive. I am going to go with my cousin, Tessa, who is two months older than me and wayyyyyy more stubborn and competitive than I am (if you can believe it).

ReplyDelete-Silena Beauregard is a daughter of Aphrodite and a demigod. She's lead counselor and head of Cabin Ten at Camp Half-Blood. She's very pretty and also a "neat freak."

today i read about the super bowl that happen yesterday and i read about the game and how the saint won blaaa blaaaa and how the colt lost and the score was 31 to 17 and i was very sad it wasent a good game.
