I read about telemark skiing, and what a randonee race was, because i am learning how to telemark, and there is a randonee race at saddleback, but im not going to do it because you have to hike up and ski down, and thats not very fun, i'd rather take the chairlift.
Today i read about how Percy snuck into the "Big House" to visit the Oracle. Percy wanted to get information about Annabeth. I'm ready "The Titans Curse"
I read chapter sixteen of The Titan's Curse today. It is just getting to the climax of the story-- Percy and company have hit the "low-point" of the hero's cycle (the point at which they think it can't get any worse) and are now on their way to save their friends. The next chapter's title intrigues me-- it's "I put on a Few Million Extra Pounds". How funny is that? I can't wait to read it because the book is so close to being over. I can't wait to see what happens in the end.
The thing I find really interesting about this series is how funny it is. I mean, really lol kind of stuff. If you pay enough attention to the words the author uses, he is cracking dry jokes constantly. Can't wait to read book 4! I am glad it's break so I can catch up!
TOday I read up on how to turn and ordinary song into sheet music for any instrument like trumpet to guitar to anything. and listen to a song called Rammstein by Rammstein. :)
During silent reading i read, some funny sayings, and qoutes instead of funny signs like yesterday. i dont have a book, so yeah. i had nothing else to read.
Today, in The Battle of the Labyrinth, I read about how Percy, Annabeth, Nico, and Rachel were running from Kronos. They were all really tired, so they stopped and took a brake. When they were leaving Percy found Grover's hat. They followed Tyson's and Grover's foot prints. They found Pan. He told them that he was ready to die; and he did. He told Grover to send the message to everyone.
Today, I read an article on horseback riding. It was called "Is it my fault or my horse's?" It explained some situations where people get frustrated and think that everything that goes wrong is because of their horse. Other people believe it it their fault. This article explained that sometimes it is one or the other. It gave some helpful tips, like evaluating your riding skills, if you did something you normally don't do, or if your horse is having an off day. This helped me because sometimes I don't know if it is my fault or not when I'm riding my horse.
I was looking for books online, some books that i found that i am interested in reading are: Sticky Fingers by Niki Burnham , Cruel Summer by Allison Noel, The Other Boy by Hailey Abbott, Flirting with Boys by Hailey Abbott, Save the Date by Tamara Summers, And Kissing Booth by Lexie Hill.
i am reading the lightning theif and i am on chapter nine when percy is right in the middle of his quest and he is with annbeth and grover and the book is getting really confusing cause eveything is happing at once and its just really confusing
Today i read about the band "rammstein" (its german) and they originated from the town ramstein how differant... They made the band that name because there was a huge tradgety that happened there.
So i read an article about Toyota recalling thousands of Prius's. The Prius's had problems breaking on uneven and slippery surfaces. Toyota has lost close to $2bn due to recalls and the Prius recall will lose them more money. In total there were 436,000 Prius's recalled as of yet.
I read about how yesterday Kansas University #1 beat Texas #14 in college basketball and it was a blow out but the Kansas coach said they didn't even play there best basketball. I was happy cause i like Kansas much more than Texas
today i read about the jackson hole. in this artical they talked about sking at jacksons hole. The author said that more than half the taraine is expert. people say that every time they go they find new knokes and crannys. he said that there is a new lift that brings you to the top even faster.
I am reading the last book in the series, The Last Olympian. It was very good. Percy fell into the water off a boat that was exploding and when he woke up, his brother Tyson was there waiting for him. He found out that he was in his father's palace underwater. His father made him to return to camp to keep him safe from Oceanus the water Titan.
today i read about how bad the grand banks are in sertant times of the year and how boats dont really fish it in them time and how there has been many deaths there and how the andrea gail is going there to fish there and thats it

ReplyDeleteI am reading the Sea Monsters. Percy, Annabeth, and Tyson were captured by Clarisse and are heading into the Sea of Monsters.
